A $5,000 Star Wars cocktail available in the Hyperspace Lounge aboard the new Disney Wish cruise ship comes with some of the most expensive alcohol on Earth as well as a host of extras you don’t normally associate with extravagant drinks.

The pricey Kaiburr Crystal cocktail — named after an ancient, rare and powerful Force-boosting gem in the Star Wars universe — has already been dubbed the “most expensive drink in the galaxy.”

As you might expect, the Kaiburr Crystal cocktail comes with a heavy dose of Star Wars lore and healthy sprinkling of Disney pixie dust.

The cocktail is served inside a camtono — a security container featured in “The Mandalorian” and “The Book of Boba Fett” on the Disney+ streaming service.

In the Star Wars universe, the hand-held camtono portable safes are used to hold precious metals, galactic credits and other valuables. At the Hyperspace Lounge, the camtono holds what the bar’s menu describes as the “galaxy’s rarest and valuable cocktail.”

After delivering the high-end space cocktail to the table, a Hyperspace Lounge server presses a button on top of the camtono that spews fog as the canister’s three movable panels open. The dramatic presentation reveals four silver shot glasses sitting inside the camtono.

What’s in the Kaiburr Crystal cocktail?

Walt Disney Imagineering and Hyperspace Lounge bartenders have been coy about the contents of the four-part concoction.

But reporters aboard the Disney Wish have been able to track down the cocktail’s ingredients that include Camus cognac, Grand Marnier Quintessence, kumquat and Japanese yuzu citrus. Also inside the camtono: Shots of Watenshi gin, Taylor’s Kingsman Edition Very Old Tawny Port and the ultra-expensive Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve bourbon.

Buyers get to keep the set of silver shot glasses as a souvenir of the expensive experience, but not the camtono.

Parting with $5,000 at the Hyperspace Lounge buys you more than the most expensive drink in the galaxy. Passengers who order the Kaiburr Crystal cocktail also get a bottle of Skywalker Vineyards sparkling wine delivered to their cabin, a themed escort off the Disney Wish cruise ship and a tour of Lucasfilm’s Skywalker Ranch production facility in Northern California at a later date.

The Hyperspace Lounge aboard the Disney Wish was designed to evoke the opulent spaceship yacht owned by crime lord Dryden Vos seen in the 2018 “Solo” Star Wars film.

The high-end Star Wars cantina aboard the newest Disney cruise ship will be reserved for adults in the evening with kids able to check out the high-tech bar during the day when non-alcoholic drinks are served.

The backstory for the Hyperspace Lounge finds passengers aboard a party ship traveling to planets throughout the Star Wars galaxy. A viewport behind the bar will be filled with scenes created by Lucasfilm’s Industrial Light & Magic that show destinations like Tatooine, Mustafar, Endor and Batuu — the later the Star Wars planet that serves as the setting for the Galaxy’s Edge themed land in Disneyland.

The Star Destroyer from the Rise of the Resistance attraction at Disneyland makes a cameo appearance in the viewport while an idol unearthed on Batuu is among the Star Wars artifacts on display in the Hyperspace Lounge.
